Returns are handled entirely by the retail partner you ordered from. This page exists to say so plainly rather than to leave a gap where a policy should be.
Why there is no policy here
A returns policy is a promise made by whoever took your money. This site never takes money, so it has nothing to promise. Writing a friendly-sounding policy anyway would just mean a page that cannot be honoured.
The applicable terms are the ones shown on the listing and in the order confirmation you received. Those are enforceable. Nothing on this page is.
Start with the order
Returns are almost always opened from the order history at the retail partner, which is also where the return window and any conditions are stated. Baby consumables sometimes carry extra conditions once a pack is opened, and that will be stated there too.
If the listing itself was wrong
That we do want to hear about. If a count, a size or a price on this site did not match what turned up, write to the desk. It will not resolve your return, but it stops the same page misleading the next person.
