Where paper mail goes

Letters reach the desk there, and that is the whole of what the address does. It is a room with a mail slot and a couple of chairs, not a shelf you can walk along: there is nothing in it to look at, nothing to collect and nobody behind a counter.

Nothing bought through a link on this site should be sent there either. Whatever you ordered went out from a retail partner and goes back to that same partner, who is the only party with a record of it. A pack that arrives at this door has simply gone to the wrong building.

What we can help with

Corrections, mostly. A price that has drifted, a count that reads wrong, a pack that has been discontinued, a size we have listed under the wrong heading. Those are genuinely useful and they get fixed.

Questions about how the tables are calculated are also fair game, and so are suggestions for what else on this shelf deserves a note.

What we cannot help with

Anything to do with an order. We do not take payments, we do not hold stock and we have no visibility of anybody’s order. If a package has gone astray or a refund is owed, the retail partner you ordered from is the only party who can act.

We also cannot advise on whether a product suits a particular baby. That is a question for a health professional and for the manufacturer’s own labeling, and answering it from a catalogue page would be irresponsible.
