How it arrives
Short version: not from us. Everything on this page describes what happens after you leave, so that nobody is surprised by it.
This catalogue holds no stock
There is no warehouse behind this site and no packing bench. Each buy button opens the listing at the retail partner that holds the item, and the transaction begins and ends there.
That is why you will not find a delivery table, a cut-off time or a free-delivery threshold anywhere on this site. Quoting somebody else’s terms as though they were ours would be a promise we have no way to keep.
Where to find the real terms
The listing page states the delivery options, the cost and the estimated date for your address, and it does so at the moment you are ordering rather than at the moment this page was built. Read them there.
Delivery cost is also one of the things that can quietly change the arithmetic on this site. A pack that wins the per-sheet table can lose it once delivery is added, and that calculation belongs at the checkout, not here.
If something goes wrong in transit
Contact the retail partner. They dispatched it, they have the tracking and they are the party with an obligation to you. We have no record of your order and no way to obtain one.
