Spotted a wrong count, a missing size or a pack you cannot find? Tell us — we read every message.

Orders and deliveries

Orders, delivery dates, returns and refunds are handled by the store where you completed your purchase; your order confirmation has their help link. We can point you to the right pack, but we cannot see or change an order.

What helps us answer faster

• The page address of the pack you are asking about
• The count or size printed on the pack
• A photo, if something on the pack looks different from our page
