Returns

Wrong size, wrong scent, a crushed box? Returns go back to the store that shipped the order.

Open your order in the store account you used at checkout and choose the return option there; the return window and any conditions are listed on that order. Unopened packs of wipes and diapers are the easiest to send back, so keep the box closed until you are sure of the size.

Before you send it back

• Check the size against the weight bands on our diapers page — the next size may be what you need.
• If skin reacted to a scented wipe, our fragrance-free Gentle Clean is the usual swap.
